GIVE GREAT VOICE™

A Four-Week Live Experience for Women

Build Self-Confidence From the Inside Out—and Give That Confidence Voice

Who do you think you talk to the most?

Your partner? Your kids? Your friends? Your coworkers?

Nope.

It’s you.

All day long, there’s a conversation going on—sometimes out loud, but mostly inside our own heads.

And the way we speak to ourselves has a powerful effect on how confident we feel, how we show up, and ultimately, how we speak to everyone else.

That’s where Give Great Voice begins.

Building self-confidence from the inside out—and learning how to give that confidence a voice.

We’ll become the voiceover artists in our own lives, using the Give Great Voice Method to discover how changing the way we speak to ourselves can change the way we show up in the world.

We’ll map our Magnificent, Multifaceted Selves, explore the many roles we already play, and learn the language of self-love—becoming aware of old scripts and rewriting and giving voice to new ones that support who we want to become.

Then we’ll take some of the same tools I use when teaching professional voiceover actors—role, intention, and tone—into the conversations that matter.

With the people we love. Our colleagues, clients, coworkers, and community. In meetings. On camera. On a stage. And in those conversations when we really want our message to land the way we intended.

Because the words we say matter.

But how we say them can change everything.

No acting experience required.

Just bring yourself.

Is This Experience for You?

Of course it is!

Okay…probably. 😉

If you’ve ever…

  • been harder on yourself than you’d ever be on your best friend

  • replayed a conversation in your head seventeen times

  • wished you felt more confident speaking up

  • held back an idea because you weren’t sure how it would land

  • said the right words in the wrong tone—and wished you could have that conversation over again

  • wanted more confidence in a meeting, presentation, on camera, or on a stage

  • apologized for taking up space

  • wished you could say what you really mean without losing yourself—or your message

  • wanted to feel more connected in your relationships

  • longed to feel a little lighter, more confident, and more like yourself…

…then I created this experience for you.

Your Four-Week Give Great Voice Experience

WEEK ONE

Meet Your Magnificent, Multifaceted Self

We begin with the many roles you already play.

Using the Magnificent Multifaceted Me Map, we’ll explore who you are as a woman, partner, parent, friend, professional, leader, creator—and all the other roles that make you uniquely you.

We’ll celebrate the roles where you already feel strong and confident and look with curiosity and compassion at the ones where you’d like to grow.

Because before you can Give Great Voice to a role, it helps to ask:

Who do I want to be when I’m playing it?

WEEK TWO

Learn the Language of Self-Love

Now we take away all those titles and roles and come back to you—the human being underneath them.

We’ll become aware of some of the old scripts and identities we’ve been carrying around and begin rewriting them.

But we won’t stop with the words.

We’ll practice giving voice to our new “I am” statements, using intention and tone so we don’t just say them—we begin to believe them.

What we say matters. How we say it changes everything.

WEEK THREE

Step Into the Voiceover Studio

Now we really get to play.

Using actual voiceover copy and some of the same techniques I use with professional voiceover actors, we’ll discover how role, intention, and tone can completely change the impact of the same words.

We’ll play with confidence, warmth, authority, compassion, curiosity, humor, and persuasion—and discover parts of ourselves we may not always give ourselves permission to use.

Then we’ll take those skills off the page and into real life.

We’ll practice four questions:

Who am I?
Who am I speaking to?
What do I want them to feel?
How can my voice and tone support that intention?

And we’ll use them where they really matter—with the people we love, our colleagues and clients, in meetings and presentations, on camera or social media, when setting a boundary, repairing a conversation, or simply wanting to be heard.

The goal isn’t to control someone else’s response. It’s to become more aware of what we want to communicate and how we want to communicate it—so our message has a better chance of landing the way we intended.

WEEK FOUR

How Am I Showing Up Differently?

Sometimes change happens in surprisingly small moments.

You speak up instead of staying quiet.

You catch an old thought and rewrite it.

You say something kind to yourself—and actually believe it.

You pause before reacting.

You choose a different tone with someone you love.

You walk into a room with a little more confidence.

Or you finish a conversation and think:

“Wow. I handled that differently.”

Those little moments count.

Micro changes become macro changes.

We’ll take stock of what has shifted, celebrate our successes, look at what still feels challenging, and decide which Give Great Voice practices we want to commit to carrying forward.

Because ultimately, Give Great Voice is about becoming the voiceover artist in your own life.

What You’ll Take With You

By the end of our four weeks together, you’ll have practical tools and greater awareness of how you speak to yourself, how you use your voice, and how you show up in the many roles you play.

You’ll learn to:

  • speak to yourself with greater kindness and confidence

  • recognize and rewrite old scripts that no longer serve you

  • use role, intention, and tone more consciously

  • pause and choose how you want to communicate instead of simply reacting

  • create greater connection in the conversations that matter

  • speak with more confidence at work, at home, on camera, and on a stage

  • navigate challenging conversations with greater awareness

  • consider not only what you want to say, but how you want it to land

  • notice and celebrate the micro changes that can become macro ones

And you’ll have one simple question you can take anywhere:

How do I want to Give Great Voice in this moment?

Because when we change the way we speak to ourselves and become more intentional about how we speak to others, we begin to change the way we show up in our lives.

One conversation at a time.
